Even her voice sounded weak and feeble.
"What happened to your face?" Lu Lingchuan stared intently at her face.

Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed something else. Lu Lingchuan looked down at the back of Shen Nian's hand, which also had tiny red dots.
A hint of panic flashed in the man's eyes as he rolled up her sleeve.
"Are you allergic to something?"

But he remembered she didn't have any allergens.
"Mmm." Taking advantage of his momentary bewilderment, Shen Nian immediately withdrew her hand and pulled her sleeve back down. She replied flatly, "Just a slight alcohol allergy."
