Chapter 9 Stress Relief

Damian Wales appeared as a typical young master of a wealthy family, dressed in a suit with black hair and good looks. He held a basket of fruit, and his expression was uncertain.

Ethan was filled with anger, but he hid it behind a smile and a narrowed gaze directed towards Damian. He made a surprising comment, "I am amazed. Your skin is thicker than Mia's ass."

Both of them frowned at the remark. Damian signaled for Mia to stay silent, clearing his throat before speaking. "Ethan, I understand you're angry, but please listen to me."

Ethan responded with a harsh reply, "Fuck off." Damian stepped forward, placing the basket on the table next to Ethan, "Just hear me out for once."

Ethan smirked, "Did you listen to me when you used to bully me?"

Damian sighed and looked guilty. "I know I made a mistake in the past and I want to make it right. I wasn't even there when it happened."

Ethan let out a loud laugh, "What could you have done if you were there? Could you have stopped that scumbag?" He pointed at Mia. "She's the only one who could have stopped him."

The air became heavy with tension.

Ethan sneered and continued, not giving them a chance to speak. "You think I didn't know what was going on? I wasn't stupid. I knew how this bitch used to open her legs for Derek."

Mia growled, "Stop talking nonsense." She turned to Damian, "I told you it would be a waste of time. Are you happy now after being insulted like this?!"

Damian shook his head and spoke calmly to Ethan, "Let me be honest. I want to make up for my past mistakes and help you because of my guilt."

Ethan raised an eyebrow, gripping the bed sheets tightly. "So, after satisfying your guilt, you won't bother me anymore?"

Damian nodded. "I want to make a fresh start with you after I help you in any way I can. But, seeing how much you hate us, I won't force you into it."

Ethan closed his eyes and let out a troubled breath. "And you think I would accept your help? You seem to forget that you're the one who started all of this. Please, just leave. I don't want to see your face."

Damian was silent for a moment before nodding. Mia gave him a harsh look, then turned to Ethan. As they left, Ethan smirked and said, "If you run into those bastards, let them know I've changed."

[Remnant Will's hidden quest completed.]

After they left, Ethan seemed to have lost his energy as he slumped back on the bed. Sasha entered the room, her eyes full of concern as she looked at him. He managed a weak smile and asked her to lock the door, which she did without hesitation.

Getting closer to him, she noticed his hands were trembling.

He turned to gaze at her and said, "Sasha I have a request."

Sasha smiled warmly. "I am here for you."

He bit his lips and said, "Can you hug me?"

Sasha's expression didn't change, but she felt a sense of sadness wash over her. She nodded in agreement. Ethan made room for her, and she settled in beside him, pulling him into an embrace.

They remained there, silent and still, as they shared in each other's comfort. The feel of Sasha's soft chest against his face and the scent of her soothing fragrance calmed down Ethan's nerves. Sasha gently stroked his head, offering him even more comfort.

Ethan whispered, "That man was my high school bully."

Sasha stiffened and Ethan felt her grip tighten around him. Her voice was low and filled with anger as she asked, "Isn't that woman your sister?! How could she bring someone like him here to visit you? What if you had a stronger reaction?" Her tone softened as she became worried and fearful. "This could have been a threat to your well-being."

Ethan pulled away from her embrace and met her gaze. A genuine smile spread across his face as he complimented, "You look beautiful, especially right now."

Sasha's eyes widened. She was about to say something but froze when her eyes met Ethan's gaze. And before she knew, they were kissing passionately.

Sasha felt her body melt into his arms as they kissed. His deep blue eyes, which usually made her heart flutter, were filled with something even more intense this time. Her heart raced with anticipation.

'Nyx, kindly shut up. Let me enjoy this moment.' Ethan ordered.

'… suit yourself then.' He decided to ignore her and focused on Sasha who looked so attractive to him at the moment.

At first, Ethan felt annoyed by the fact that the damned 'remnant will' had such a huge effect on his emotions. But then controlling himself and making those idiots scram, made him feel much better and accomplished.

He then used the situation to get close to Sasha, even though they had been engaging in secret sexual activity to satisfy their carnal desires but not their hearts. Ethan could tell from her expression that she was becoming increasingly attracted to him, and the sensation he felt was strange yet satisfying.

Their tongues were intertwined in a sloppy mess, and Ethan's hand snaked its way underneath her nurse's uniform, squeezing her soft butt. Her hazel eyes widened in surprise, and she let out a muffled moan.

When they finally parted and gasped for breath, Ethan uttered, "Sasha, I really want to do it with you."
