Just then Nyx shouted in his head, [Ethan, use chronostasis!]

Ethan unconsciously did what she said and gulped as he looked at countless bullets near him. He took many steps back, sweaty all over.

Ethan suddenly felt a headache rising. How would he explain all this? But before that, his body stiffened and he fell back. Dark veins appeared on his whole body as he twitched in pain.

'Nyx you fool! You said that I'll only freeze. But what the fuck is this!?'
