Chapter 58: Gin Seng
In the middle of a busy street, the pedestrians were all looking with an astonished expression on their faces at a small figure.
They were all whispering to each other, “I-Is that a Cauldron?”
“It looks like one, but…”
“Yeah, what is it doing?”
Everybody stared at this weird phenomenon where this Caudron was growing bigger for one second and then shrinking the next second nonstop.
“Hahaha, Big Brother, this thing is very fun!” Meng Xiang was currently holding the Taintless Jade Cauldron on top of her palms, shrinking and enlarging its size nonstop.
Seeing how happy Meng Xiang was, Tian Yi smiled, “Meng Xiang, remember not to make it too big, or you will end up hurting yourself.”
“I know Big Brother; I should not make it bigger than half my body.” She answered.
The Taintless Jade Caudron can increase its own size by many folds, even to the point of being larger than a house. If Meng Xiang accidentally made it that large, won’t she just be turning herself into meat paste?
“Big Brother, I am called your Tea Servant, but I do not know how to make tea…” Meng Xiang suddenly said in a low voice.
After following Tian Yi for some time now, Meng Xiang realized that she has only been following him around, and she is doing nothing but freeload off of him! He picked her up so that she can brew tea for him, yet she does not know a single thing about tea brewing! If she cannot even do something as simple as making tea, how can she even call herself his Tea Servant?
“Meng Xiang, do not worry about that right now. You are still young, so there is still a lot of time.” Tian Yi said, trying to cheer her up.
“But Big Brother is always making me happy, and you even gave me this beautiful toy. However, I have done nothing but eat and sleep… I want to be more useful!” She said with a resolute tone.
Tian Yi nodded after seeing her resolution, “Then do you want to learn how to brew tea?”
“I do!”
“Good, then come to my room tonight, and I will teach you a thing or two.”
“Yes, Big Brother!” Meng Xiang smiles from joy. She finally gets to learn something!

While they continued walking around and trying out new foods, Tian Yi was thinking to himself, “Tea brewing huh… I remember reading this Tea Brewing Technique, but she needs a Divine Flame… Which one should I give her? Ah, she can also use that Cauldron to brew tea in it…”

“I am the eldest son of the Gin Family, Gin Seng. That Cauldron in the young lady’s hand has attracted my attention, and I am wondering if you are willing to sell it to me?” The one named Gin Seng said, and when the pedestrians heard his name, they all stopped walking to look.
“I don’t know; ask her.” Tian Yi said nonchalantly. He gave it to Meng Xiang, so it is her decision on whether or not she wanted to sell it.
“Eh?” Gin Seng was surprised at this young man’s calm attitude even after hearing his family name! Who is the Gin Family? They were only a few ranks below the current second strongest family in the Phoenix’s Continent, the Xuan Family!
Not minding Tian Yi’s calm attitude, he turned to Meng Xiang, “Young Lady, are you willing to sell—”
“No.” Meng Xiang rejected before he could even finish his sentence!
“…” Gin Seng was a bit dazed out from the immediate rejection.
He snapped out of it after a bit, “I will pay you 300 Spirit Stones.” He offers again.
“No.” Meng Xiang refused again.
“…. May I ask why? 300 Spirit Stone is a lot, and you can even buy more than two new Cauldrons with that!!” But Gin Seng did not give up.
“This is Big Brother’s present to me, so I will not sell it no matter how much you give me!” Meng Xiang said with a clear voice, obviously telling him that she is hell bent on not selling it!
“…” Gin Seng turned silent.
He is certain that this young lady will not sell it no matter what, but he also wanted this Mysterious Cauldron no matter what! He has only heard of Cauldrons changing sizes, but he has never seen one himself. Now that there was one right in front of his face, how could he let it go?
The sinister intent in his heart starts to grow stronger, and he asked, “May I know which family you two are from?”
“We are not from around here.” Tian Yi said.
Hearing that they were not from around here, Gin Seng smirks in his heart, “Is that so? Then let me treat you two to lunch, maybe I can change your minds during the meal.” He offered with a gentle smile.
“No thank you, we already had lunch.” Tian Yi refused his offer.
The pedestrians all sighed in their hearts after seeing this scene, “Aiya, it is their fault for being ignorant. All they had to do was sell that weird thing, but they decided to offend the Gin Family instead. Is that thing really worth losing their lives?”
Although they feel pity for these two, they will not stick their noses where it does not belong, or else they might also get caught up in it. Who would want to lose their lives for two unknown kids?
To Mortals like them, it is better just to listen to these who have more power than them, making things less difficult.
After being declined over and over, Gin Seng finally snapped, “You two bastards dare to refuse my toast when I offered nicely?! Do you know who I am?!”
“No.” Tian Yi and Meng Xiang both said with a calm face.

Gen Seng’s Aura suddenly spiked up, turning sharp like a sword!
The pedestrians cried out in shock after seeing him, “Spirit Realm Expert!”
“He finally broke through after two years of struggle?!”
Glaring at Tian Yi with murderous intent in his eyes, Gin Seng said in an imposing tone, “I will tell you one last time! Give. Me. That. Cauldron!!!”
Smiling, Tian Yi said, “No.”
“COURT DEATH!” Taking out a Storage Pouch, a steel sword suddenly flies out of it and Gin Seng grabs hold of the handle.
“DIE!” He shouts while swinging the sword down, trying to split Tian Yi’s figure in half.
Seeing how a sword was heading for Tian Yi, Meng Xiang cries out, “Big Brother!!!”
*Ding*
Sounding like metal hitting metal, it resounds throughout the shocked silent street.
Gin Seng stares at the conclusion in front of him with wide eyes, unable to believe what was happening, “I-I-IMPOSSIBLE!” He cries out from shock.
Even Meng Xiang was shocked at the scene in front of her, “B-Big Brother?!”
“What is it?” Tian Yi turns to look at Meng Xiang with a steel sword still on the top of his head, acting like it was not even there!
Tian Yi did not even move when the steel sword chopped down at his head, letting it hit him, but even with that, he could not feel anything!
“W-WHAT IS YOUR HEAD MADE OF, STEEL?!” Still not believing what was happening, Gin Seng lifts the steel sword and prepares to chop down again.
Shaking his head, Tian Yi said, “Unless their Soul is dark, I will not go around bothering these with a dirty Soul. However, that does not mean that I will not punish them if they bother me.”
With his palms facing up, an oval object suddenly materialized out of thin air, and Tian Yi grabbed it.
Watching the oval object materialize from Spirit Power, Gin Seng started sweating like he was in boiling water, “R-Realm of Creations… S-Spirit King!!!” He yells out with a high-pitched voice.
“S-S-S-SENIOR, PLEASE FORGIVE THIS JUNIOR FOR OFFENDING YOU!” He instantly kowtows, begging like a dog. How could he have known that this ordinary young man was actually a Spirit King old man in disguise! People disguise themselves with Appearance Changing Pills every day, but to meet a Spirit King who was doing that is plain bad luck!
Tian Yi’s eyes twitched, “Senior?! Do I look that old to you, huh?!” He still hates it when people call him senior!
“N-NO SENIOR—-”
*PAP*
A loud slapping sound could be heard from miles away.
*PAP* *PAP* *PAP*
“…” The people spectating falls on their butt from shock, and every time a slap resounds, their heart skips a beat!
“My Mother, he’s a Devil!”
“It’s a Monster!”
They all cried in their hearts after watching for a few seconds.

Slapping sounds could be heard nonstop for a good minute, even making people in their houses look out the window.
“My God, what is that thing being hit?!” They all cried in their heart. All they could see was an ordinary young man slapping a swollen face with an oval object, turning it black and blue!
“So brutal! Is he trying to make that person’s parents cry?!”

Tian Yi did not stop slapping Gin Seng’s face until a few more minutes later.
*Plop*
After Tian Yi had released his clothes collar, Gin Seng dropped on the floor like a corpse.
“… Is he dead?” The pedestrians wondered.
“Meng Xiang, let’s go. Ah, don’t worry; he’s not dead.” Saying that Tian Yi left holding Meng Xiang’s small hand.
“… Someone go get the Gin Family and ask for medical assistance!” Someone shouted.
“Why don’t you go?!”
“What! Are you crazy?! You want me to go tell the Gin Family that their eldest son was beaten up by an unknown Spirit King?!”
“Then don’t tell other people to go if you are not willing to yourself!!!”

The sun was already beginning to sleep, so Tian Yi took Meng Xiang back to the Xuan Family.
“Master, we are back!” Tian Yi shouted at the door.
“?” But nobody answered him.
“Master—”
He tried to call again, but was interrupted by Xuan Wanshan’s Divine Sense, “Tian Yi, come into the main room, there has been an accident.”
Walking into the main room, the Xuan Family was sitting there talking, “Aiya, to think the Gin Family’s eldest son offended a Spirit King expert, what misfortune.” Xuan Cheung sighed.
The news of Gin Seng getting beaten to the point of not even his Mother could recognize his face spread like wildfire.
“…” Tian Yi was silent upon hearing that.
“Oh, TianTian, you’re back. Are you okay?” Xuan Yuming asked him.
“I am. Did something happen?” He asked, ignoring being called TianTian.
“Mhm, some Spirit King was disguised as an ordinary young man and almost killed the Gin Family’s eldest son!” Xuan Yuming answers.
“He must have done something stupid to offend him.” Tian Yi chuckled.
“Hmm? Wait a second… Ordinary young man, Spirit King, a young girl next to him and a weird Cauldron?” Xuan Wanshan’s eyes twitched, “Don’t tell me….” Suspicion grew in her heart. The description of the Spirit King and his companion was almost the same as her Disciple and his Servant! Not even mentioning the weird Cauldron!
Noticing Xuan Wanshan’s suspicious glares, Tian Yi said with a smile, “Master, I will be leaving now. Meng Xiang wanted me to teach her how to brew tea. Good night, Master and Seniors!” Saying that he left in large strides with Meng Xiang, trying to avoid getting questioned.
“Call me Mother!” Xuan Yuming’s voice can be heard from behind.
“…” Hearing that, Tian Yi speeds up his pace…
