Chapter 99: Future Celestial God
“Young Master…”
“Yes?”
Heavenly Guardian Dongmei looked at Han Yixue and said, “Who may this young lady be?”
She finally asks him the question that has been bugging her since the beginning.
“Ah, I am sorry for the late introduction. My name is Han Yixue, Master’s disciple,” she introduces herself with a slight bow.
“Y-Young Master’s d-d-disciple?!?!?!”
“Yes, she is my disciple. We are here to find some Cultivation Techniques for her,” said Tian Yi.

Heavenly Guardian Dongmei instantly turned quiet. For someone to become the disciple of the future Celestial Emperor was huge news! She began analyzing her with Divine Sense only to find out that Han Yixue was only a mere Mortal! Her Young Master had accepted a Mortal as his disciple?! Where did he go and what did he do for something like this to have happened?! To become the disciple of someone like him, that means she will become one of the top standing figures in the entire universe sooner or later! At least that was what happened to every disciple the previous Celestial Emperors have accepted.
Although there has never been a time where Celestial Emperors accepted a Master, accepting a disciple has actually happened a few times. Even Tian Qiang has a few disciple of his own. And each of those disciples all ended up as a God of the highest rank, Celestial Gods!
Just like Cultivators, Gods also have their own ‘Realms’. Each of them starts out as a Minor God, and if they are able to successfully spread their name and gain followers, they will become a Major God.
The Realm above Major God is a True God who must have a huge influence at many different Worlds and not just one. There are still Realms above a True God with Celestial God being the highest, but only and only if the Celestial Emperor grants them the title can they truly ascend to the next Realm.
And although True Gods may have higher influences than Minor Gods, it does not mean that they are actually stronger than them! Anything above a True God, however, are amongst the strongest existences within the entire universe!
“How should I address you?” she asked Han Yixue.
“Han Yixue is fine. What about you? How should I address you?”
“My full name is Li Dongmei, so you can just call me that,” she said.
“Un.” Han Yixue nodded.
“Dongmei, where is your physical body located at right now?” Tian Yi asked her.
“Ah, I am in the Ancient Realm at one of the three God’s World, the ‘Second Star’,” she said.
“The Second Star… That’s pretty far---”
“Ah… Y-Young Master…” Li Dongmei suddenly interrupted him.
“What is it?” he could see the nervousness on her face.
“I-I can sense his Majesty’s Divine Sense on me…” she said.
“Eh?! How is that----” Tian Yi paused for a second, “Ah… He must have chased after the light,” he sighed.
“Y-Young Master, what should I do?!” Li Dongmei was panicking.
“???”
Han Yixue was confused at the situation. ‘What is going on?’ she wondered.
“Dongmei, relax, he will not do anything to you. You are now my Personal Servant after all,” he said.
“B-B-But…”
“If he does anything funny, just tell him that I said this---”

Li Dongmei looked at him with wide eyes. She doubted if her ears were working properly after hearing that. He wanted her to tell his Majesty that?! Is he trying to get her killed?!
“Y-Young Master, you…”
“We have not seen each other for so many years, and when we finally do, this happens… It was only a short meeting, but it will definitely not be our last. I will be waiting for you at the palace, Dongmei,” he said, his voice and figure slowly fading away.

Li Dongmei finally nodded and sent them off with a smile on her face, “Goodbye, Young Master. I will see you back at the palace,” she whispered to herself before she also disappeared from the Celestial Ocean, leaving behind two empty wooden boats that were still drifting along the current.

It was almost morning already.
Han Yixue began touching her body as if she was searching for something. “My body was really here the entire time? What a mythical place,” she said.
Somewhere in the ‘Second Star’, one of the three God’s World, Li Dongmei was kowtowing on the floor.
“Heavenly Guardian Dongmei greets his Majesty, the Celestial Emperor,” she said.

Tian Qiang looked at her with his eyebrows twitching non-stop.
“Where is my son, Tian Yi?” he asked her.
“Young Master is not here, nor do I know where he is,” she replied.
“Bullshit! If he’s not here, then how the hell do you explain that?!?!” he shouted while pointing to her forehead where the word ‘天’ was shining brightly.
“This one does not dare to lie in front of his Majesty. This one truly has no idea where Young Master is,” she said, her voice calm and gentle.
“If you continue with this bull----”
“Although this one has no idea where Young Master is, this one can explain the situation,” she continued.
“I am listening,” Tian Qiang did not continue speaking and agreed to listen.
“This one met with Young Master inside the Supreme Library of the Heavenly God, and it was also Young Master’s decision to give this one such an important position.”

“Y-Young Master said…” she swallowed her saliva with force before speaking, “T-That if his Majesty does anything funny, then h-he will d-disown the ‘Tian’ in his name even if he has to fight the entire f-family by himself…….”
Li Dongmei’s clothes were drenched in sweat by the time she finished repeating Tian Yi’s words. If such words were heard by other people, then the entire galaxy will turn into chaos. If Tian Yi really ends up leaving the Tian Family, then who will be the next Celestial Emperor? And it’s not like Tian Qiang can just go and make another child and call it a day.

The killing intent in Tian Qiang’s eyes vanished without a trace. His angry face was also gone, replaced by a blank expression. “Hmph,” he sneered before flying back to the palace.

‘Now what am I supposed to do?’ Li Dongmei felt lost because she did not get any instructions from Tian Yi before he left, so until she figures it out, she has decided to stay there and continue working as a Heavenly Guardian.
It only took Tian Qiang a few minutes to return to the Celestial Palace, and when he did, the first thing he did was head for his private room where he will spend the next few days pondering about a few things.
