Priya looked Erik in the eyes; there was only hatred for him. She didn't forget how he dared to talk back to her and humiliated her in front of many people, among which there was the guy she liked.

The young man glared at Priya. He could see what kind of person she was: arrogant, condescending, and above all, full of herself. This made Erik want nothing more than to crush her since people like her had made his life miserable for years. Now, he had the chance to make this bitch realize that if you messed with him, there was only one outcome, defeat.

"I'll show you something interesting. Now observe..." Priya said. Immediately she activated her power. She partially shifted between being liquid and being solid while running, making it so that her legs elongated with every step she took, making her insanely fast. This didn't apply only to her legs, as even her arms stretched while she punched at Erik.

Priya's fist went past Erik, as he had just avoided her fist. The young man ran toward the girl and as soon as he was under her, he punched with all his strength the woman's face. Though his fist passed through the woman's body, it was like he had just punched a body of water, with his arm going on the other side of her head.

The liquid then fell to the ground, and once at a meter from the ground, it started solidifying again. The figure of a bent Priya appeared in front of Erik, and soon her punching figure appeared too.

Erik had been hit by the woman's fist in the stomach, and he gasped for air. The young man had to find a solution to his predicament, it was clear it was impossible to hit the young girl, and he didn't have the power that allowed him to do so.

The bout continued. Every time Erik got closer to his opponent and unleashed a kick, a punch, or tried to grab her, she liquefied, making it so that he couldn't connect the attack. It seemed that things weren't looking well for the young man. However, Erik knew that he wouldn't give up, no matter how bad the odds were against him.

Surrendering wasn't his style, and he couldn't even think about it since joining the Red Palace was an opportunity for him to become strong enough to finally leave this damned nation sooner or later. As long as there was a possibility of winning, Erik wouldn't stop fighting until the end.

So, when he felt another punch coming towards him, he rolled out of the way and landed on his feet. When he looked behind himself, he saw the woman about to come at him with a roundhouse kick.

He immediately jumped forward and dodged the attack, landing on the ground with his feet in front of him. Once there, he kicked at the woman, hitting her directly in the knee joint, only for his leg to go through her watery body and leave him exposed.

Priya hit Erik in the face again, and he fell to the ground, though; with a swift and agile move, he rolled, and with a very low stance, he attacked the woman standing over him. Hitting her in the face.

Priya fell backward, and the kick the young man unleashed finally connected with his opponent, leaving Erik confused, but Priya enraged and anxious.

It was then that Erik finally figured out how Priya's power worked. It was true that she could liquefy, and no physical attack could harm her when she was in liquid form; however, she could be damaged whenever she was in solid form.

Every time Priya solidified her fist to attack him, that meant that her fist could be injured. Erik also figured out that the liquefaction took almost a second to work, so if Erik was able to hit her within that short second, he would have been able to hit her.

That was easier said than done, and Erik had to find a solution to this problem. It was at that moment that Erik had an idea. His face stopped showing anxiety and concern, and a huge smile appeared on his face.

He had found a solution for his problem that could at least stop Priya from attacking but would also allow him to finally make the young woman lose a couple of teeth.
